At public launch, paid plans will renew automatically each month until canceled. When billing opens, you’ll be able to cancel in Settings → Billing and keep access through the end of the paid period. Prices don’t include applicable sales taxes.

AI capacity is shown as a relative scale, because that is how it behaves. Boost packs are one-time top-ups for the rest of the month, priced per tier.
Questions people actually ask
What counts as AI usage?
Chats with Ask Conduit, drafts, automations that use AI, thread summaries, and natural-language search. Settings shows a live meter with a breakdown by category, so you can see roughly where it went.
What happens when I hit the limit?
AI pauses; mail never does. Sending, receiving, reading, and search keep working. When billing opens at public launch, you’ll be able to add a boost pack or wait for the month to roll over.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, up or down, whenever you want. Your accounts, rules, labels, and notes are not tied to a tier. Billing isn’t open during private beta. At public launch, paid plans will renew monthly until canceled — you’ll cancel in Settings → Billing and keep access through the end of the paid period.
Do unused boosts roll over?
No. A boost pack tops up the month you buy it in, and that is the end of its story.
